　47歳女性，35歳女性。30歳男性に樹氷状網膜血管炎が発症した。症例1は両眼性で，髄膜刺激症状を伴う虹彩毛様体炎と硝子体混濁があり，網膜全体に樹氷状網膜血管炎があった。視力は左右とも0.04に低下した。ステロイドパルス療法で経過が好転したが，眼圧が上昇し，手術加療が必要となつた。症例2は片眼性で，軽度の霧視があり，視力は良好であった。眼底後極部に樹氷状網膜血管炎があつた。無治療で所見が改善した。症例3は両眼に樹氷状網膜血管炎と黄斑浮腫ないし滲出斑があり，ステロイド薬内服で軽快したが，漸減中に再発があった。本症例群は，樹氷状網膜血管炎が成人にも発症し得ることと，臨床症状と原因が多様であることを示している。

Frosted branch angiitis developed in three adults. The first case, a 47-year-old female, showed signs of meningitis, iridocyclitis, vitreous opacity and frosted retinal angiitis in both eyes. The visual acuity deteriorated to 0.04 in either eye. Pulse therapy with systemic corticosteroid induced improvements in visual acuity and fundus findings. Surgery became necessary for secondary glaucoma. The second case, A 35-year-old female, showed blurring with good visual acuity. Frosted branch angiitis in her right eye showed spontaneous improvement. The third case, a 30-year-old male, showed frosted branch angiitis with macular edema and exudates in both eyes. Systemic corticosteroid induced improvement with a recurrence during tapering of the dosis. These cases illustrate that frosted branch angiitis may develop in adults with variable clinical manifestations and background factors.
