Abstract 文献概要

（1）上斜筋麻痺15例，下斜筋麻痺2例，A型斜視5例において，著者らの開発した新しい検査表New Cyclo Testsにより測定された回旋偏位の値はSynoptophore，Phase Difference Haploscopeによる測定値とよく一致した。

（2） New Cyclo Testsは回旋偏位の定量的測定に簡便で有用であると考えられる。

（3）回旋偏位の定量的把握は，偏位の程度判定や，治療前後の経過の比較に大切であり，日常診療においてつねに検査されることの必要性を強調した。

We developed a new test chart for quantitative as-sessment of cyclodeviation in cases with cyclop horia or cyclotropia. This test utilizes the red-green sys-tem to haploscopically separate two images in each eye. When viewed through a pair of red-green glasses, the red halfmoon is visible to the eye with the green glass, while the green halfmoon is seen by the eye with the red glass. There is a series of figures in which the green halfmoon is tilted in a stepwise fashion. Thus, Figure No. 0 in presents a pair of halfmoons placed exactly in parallel. Figure No. 1 shows the green halfmoon tilted clockwise by 1°
