先天性・後天性色覚異常者の第3色盲混同線上における彩度識別能について

Saturation discrimination in congenital and acquired colour vision deficiencies on the tritanopic confusion line

　CIE色度図上でC点を通る第3色盲混同線上より選んだ93個の色票（ΔE＝1）を用いて配列検査を行い，色覚正常者，先天性，後天性色覚異常者の彩度識別能を検討した。

　色覚正常者，先天性色覚異常者の全例が93個の色票を正しく配列することができなかったが，色票数23個（ΔE＝4）まで減じるとほとんどの者が正しく配列できた。しかし後天性色覚異常者では，症状が極く軽度の者でも23個の色票の配列を誤った。

　したがって本法を用いた後天性色覚異常の検査は，疾患の診断，経過観察，予後の判定に極めて有用なものと思われる。

The author devised the Saturation Discrimina-tion Test (SDT) composed of 93 colour caps chosen along the tritanopic confusion line including Illu-minant C on the CIE chromaticity diagram, to determine the saturation descrimination ability of subjects with congenital and acquired colour vision deficiencies. All colour caps were of the same Mun-sell Value 6 brightness and the colour difference was even (ΔE= 1) between each cap, as defined by the equation CIE 1976 L^*a^*b^*.

120 normal colour vision subjects, 50 cases of con-genital colour vision deficiencies and 31 cases of acquired colour vision deficiencies were tested by the SDT.
