（60）胃癌からの転移性脈絡膜癌—倉知教授就任15周年祝賀論文

Metastatic carcinoma of the choroid (gastrogenic)

　転移性脈絡膜癌については，現在迄に200例以上の報告^1）-11）があるが，その原発集は殆どすべてが乳癌で，その他に少数の肺，気管枝癌もある。しかし胃癌^2）-4）からのものは極めて稀で我が国では菅沼^4）の1例のみのようである。我々は胃癌から転移したと考えられる，しかも原発巣の症状発現より数カ月前に眼症状を現わし，原発巣発見に役立つた本症の1例に遭遇し，眼球及び胃の両者の組織学的検索をなすことが出来たので報告する。

There are alrecly more than two hundred reports of metastatic cartinoma of the choroid, but the most of them had originated from mammary cancer and only a few cases from gastric cancer. Therefore we reported the case which was rare and of which ophthalmic symptoms were available for finding its primary focus.

The patient was a man of 56. As he became conscious of disturbance of vision at the left eye on February 2, 1956, he consulted an ophthalmologist to be diagnosed and to be treated for retinal detachment.
