　抄録：有鉤骨鉤骨折に対し背側より侵入し，Acutrak screw（米国Acumed社）にて観血的整復固定を施行した1例を経験した．症例は29歳，男性．ブレイクダンス中に転倒し，手関節背屈位で左手をつき受傷した．手背有鉤骨直上よりの侵入で，透視下にてmini-Acutrak screwを挿入した．手術実時間は20分であった．術後可動域制限，握力低下も認めず，Acutrak screwを用いることによって，十分な整復位と固定性を得ることが可能であった．

　We treated a patient with fracture of the fracture of the hook of the hamate that was approached from the dorsal side using Acutrak screw (Acumed Inc., USA). A 29-year-old male fell down during break dancing, and his left hand landed on the floor in wrist dorsiflexion and sustained a fracture. A mini-Acutrak screw was inserted under fluoroscopy by an approach from above the hamate of the dorsum of the hand. The surgical time was 20minutes. Neither limitations in the range of motion nor a decrease in grip was observed after operation. Using an Acutrak screw, adequate reduction and fixation were achieved.
