抄録

　研修医の精神保健の測定のため，「研修医レジリエンス尺度(resilience scale for resident physicians；RSR)」を作成し，116人の研修医に施行し，信頼性・妥当性の検討を行った。主因子法により3因子構造が導かれ，各々「プロとしての誠実性」「臨床研修に対する積極性」「感情コントロール」と命名した。Cronbachのα係数を算出して，十分な信頼性が得られた。RSR全体と自尊感情尺度，ハーディネス・パーソナリティー尺度の間に有意な正の相関を，RSR全体とベック抑うつ自己評価尺度，バーンアウト尺度との間に有意な負の相関を認め，既存の尺度との併存的妥当性も示された。

　Personal resilience is hypothetically postulated to be the individual's innate endowment or natural capacity to positively adjust to adversity and move on in a positive way from negative, traumatic, or stressful experiences. It enables individuals to cope with workplace adversity and even find satisfaction with their jobs. The purpose of this study was to develop a Resilience Scale for Resident Physicians (RSR), and examine its reliability and validity. First, in order to select the items for the RSR, we performed exploratory factor analysis of data from 116 resident physicians. The analysis revealed that the scale had 3 factors：“Professional sincerity”, “Positivity in clinical practice”, and “Emotional control”. The internal consistency of each subscale was assessed using Cronbach's alpha coefficient. The total score and three subscales of the RSR showed the significant correlation with a self-esteem scale, The Maslach Burnout Inventory, the Beck Depression Inventory, and the Hardiness Personality Scale. These results show that the RSR has the sufficient reliability and validity.
