I．緒言 修正大血管転位症は1875年Von Rokitansky1）により初めて記載され比較的稀な疾患と考えられていたが，Anderson，Lillehei等が17例をまとめその外科的意義を強調し，欧米では100例以上の報告がある。本邦では高尾2）の4例，榊原3,4）の2例，黒島5）の1例がみられるのみである。著者も本症を臨床的に診断し手術によって確かめた1例を経験したので報告する。
A case of corrected transposition of the great vessels was presented. The patient was 10 years old boy, with cyanosis, clubbing of fingers and clinically diagnosed by the X-ray examination, Cardiac catheterization and cardioangiographies.
Associated cardiac anomalies in this patient are ventricular septal defect and pulmonary stenosis. This patient is relieved from a cyanosis by Blalock Taussig's operation.
The authors are discussed on the associated cardiac anomalies in the corrected trans-position in the literatures.
