要旨●当センターで経験した食道胃接合部腺癌74例のX線造影像を見直し，深達度診断について検討した．肉眼型別にみると，大きさと深達度とに相関を認める肉眼形態があるため，病変の形状を忠実に表すことが重要である．一方，0-IIc型は大きさと深達度に相関を認めない肉眼形態であるため，厚みと側面変形が得られない場合のX線的深達度診断には難渋する傾向にあった．

　We reviewed the X-ray images of 74 patients with adenocarcinoma of the esophagogastric junction at our center and examined the radiological diagnosis of the depth of invasion. When considering the macroscopic type, it is important to represent the shape of the lesion because there are macroscopic morphologies that correlate with the size and depth of invasion. However, type 0-IIc is a macroscopic morphology that does not correlate with the size and depth of invasion ; therefore, the radiological diagnosis of the depth of invasion was challenging when the thickness and lateral deformity could not be determined.
