Abstract 文献概要

　早期胃悪性リンパ腫の1例を経験したので，X線・内視鏡像に若干の考察を加えて報告する．

　The patient, a 48-year-old woman, complained of epigastric dull-pain for a month and was admitted to our hospital.

　X-ray examination showed a shallow mucosal depression like IIc type early gastric carcinoma on the anterior wall of the antrum. But the outline of this lesion was sharp and smooth. And also, converging mucosal folds were smooth and no swelling at the tips.

　Endoscopic study showed a shallow mucosal depression with converging mucosal folds on the anterior wall of the antrum. There was a small white coat at the oral side of this depression. And, at the anal side the surrounding mucosa of this lesion showed a slight elevation, and its surface seemed to be smooth. Total gastrectomy was performed in June 1980.

　Microscopical examination of the resected specimen revealed diffuse tumor cell infiltration limited to the mucosal and submucosal layer. Pathological diagnosis was malignant lymphoma (mixed cell, histiocytic-lymphocytic). No metastasis was found in dissected lymph nodes.
