要旨　免疫不全による消化管感染症は，多くの場合が日和見感染症で，通常の消化管感染症と異なった病変や，同じ病原体が原因の感染症でも，免疫不全の原因疾患によって形態が異なることがある．免疫不全による消化管感染症が多くみられるのはAIDS，ATLをはじめ，移植後，化学療法後，癌の末期等のいろいろな状態がある．AIDSによるCMV感染症病変と，GVHDによるCMVの感染症病変とは形態が異なることが多い．

　Most of the infectious gastrointestinal diseases associated with immunodeficiency diseases are opportunistic infections. Depending on the patient's basic immunodeficiency status, the same virus or bacteria can cause different morphologies of the lesion in gastrointestinal disease. In AIDS, ATL, post transplantation, post chemotherapy and terminal stage cancers, we can sometimes find infectious gastrointestinal diseases. CMV lesions in AIDS and GVHD cases sometimes have different morphologies.
