・COVID-19関連皮疹と鑑別を要した梅毒性乾癬の1例である．
・真皮の血管・付属器周囲には形質細胞が多数浸潤していた．
・病理組織像，生活歴，血液検査所見より梅毒性乾癬と診断した．
