・反応性肉芽腫性皮膚炎（reactive granulomatous dermatitis：RGD）は薬剤，自己免疫疾患，関節炎，悪性腫瘍を背景に肉芽腫性発疹を呈するものを包括した概念である．
・自験例ではロスバスタチンカルシウムを中止したところ，結節は無治療ですべて消褪した．肉芽腫の原因として，薬剤は見落としがちなので注意が必要である．
