Multiple lesions of interstitial type granuloma annulare

・環状肉芽腫の病理組織像はpalisaded type，epithelioid type，interstitial typeの3つに分類される．

・自験例は手，足，腹部に環状紅斑，紅色丘疹，浸潤性紅斑が混在して認められたが，病理組織像はいずれもinterstitial typeを呈していた．

・治療にはジアフェニルスルホン（DDS）内服が有効であった．
