要旨

　腰椎椎間板ヘルニア（lumber disc herniation：LDH）合併妊婦に対して集学的治療を行ったあと，硬膜外無痛分娩を施行した症例を経験した。LDHの治療には保存的治療・手術治療があり，個々の症例に応じた治療法が選択される。LDH合併妊婦への分娩方法や麻酔方法に明確な基準はなく，分娩方法は慎重に選択する必要性がある。

　The optimal management of lumbar disc herniation（LDH）in pregnant patients has not been adequately studied. We report a case in which a pregnant woman with LDH underwent labor epidural analgesia after multidisciplinary treatment.

　There are no clear standards for delivery methods and anesthesia for pregnant women with LDH, and the method of delivery must be carefully selected.
