妊娠中に急速増大した小脳血管芽腫に対し帝王切開術施行後頭蓋内腫瘍摘出術を行ったフォンヒッペル・リンダウ病の1症例

Cesarean Section was Performed Followed by Intracranial Tumor Resection in a Patient with von Hippel-Lindau Disease（VHLD）because of Rapid Growth of Cerebellum Hemangioblastoma during Pregnancy

要旨

　41歳の女性で，17歳時にフォンヒッペル・リンダウ病と診断され，妊娠を契機に以前より認めていた小脳血管芽腫が急速増大し，運動失調症状を認めた。小脳腫瘍に対する外科的介入なしでの妊娠継続は危険と判断し，妊娠26週3日に帝王切開術および脳腫瘍摘出術の全身麻酔下同時手術を行った。

　The patient was a 41-year-old female（height 155 cm, body weight 61 kg）diagnosed with VHLD at the age of 17. The cerebellar hemangioblastoma caused by VHLD rapidly increased after pregnancy, and ataxic symptoms were observed. Cesarean section and brain tumor resection under general anesthesia was performed at the same time at 26 weeks and 3 days gestation because it was unable to continue pregnancy without surgical intervention for the cerebellar tumor.
