対側眉からの毛根を含めた遊離複合組織移植による眉の再建

Eyebrow Reconstruction Using Free Composite Tissue Transplantation Including Hair Roots from the Contralateral Eyebrow

はじめに

　眉は顔面にあるため，欠損を生じた場合には美容的観点から患者の精神的苦痛の原因となることが多い。このため，眉の再建については頭髪などの移植による再建法がすでに数多く報告されている 1）2）。今回，眉の再建方法の1つとして，対側の眉からの眉毛を含めた遊離複合組織移植による再建を経験したので報告する。

　Since eyebrows are located on the face, their loss often causes psychological distress to patients from a cosmetic perspective. For this reason, many reconstruction methods using hair transplants have already been reported for eyebrow reconstruction. I would like to report my experience in reconstructing eyebrows by transplanting free composite tissue including eyebrows from the contralateral brow as one of the methods for eyebrow reconstruction.
