近年,核医学領域における画像診断技術は著しい進化を遂げている。従来型ガンマカメラは検出器の配置や収集効率に限界があり,微小病変の検出や定量的評価に課題が残されていた。一方,single photon emission computed tomography(SPECT)装置の高感度化・高空間分解能化が臨床現場に大きな恩恵をもたらしている。
VERITON-CT® is a new-generation SPECT/CT system equipped with CZT detectors, providing markedly improved sensitivity, spatial resolution, and quantitative accuracy compared with conventional gamma cameras. Its high-efficiency acquisition enables short-time, high-quality imaging across diverse clinical applications, including myocardial perfusion, pediatric lung perfusion, dynamic cardiac and hepatic studies, and whole-body bone SPECT/CT. Virtual planar imaging and advanced corrections further enhance diagnostic performance. These capabilities support precise functional assessment, reduced scan time, and improved patient comfort. VERITON-CT® also shows strong potential for theranostics, personalized dosimetry, and future AI-based reconstruction, representing a new standard in nuclear medicine imaging.
