悪性卵巣甲状腺腫の1例

A case of malignant struma ovarii

卵巣甲状腺腫はすべてあるいは大部分が甲状腺組織からなる比較的まれな卵巣腫瘍である。その5～10％で悪性が報告されているが，悪性卵巣甲状腺腫の典型的な画像所見は確立していない。今回我々は，病理組織像の差異が画像所見に反映された悪性卵巣甲状腺腫の1例を経験したため，文献的考察を加え報告する。

The patient is in her 70s. CT images revealed a solid and cystic mass in the right ovary. The cystic components demonstrated both high and low signal intensity（SI）on T1– and T2–weighted image（WI）. The solid component showed intermediate SI on T2WI, low SI on T1WI and diffusion–weighted image, and rapid inflow and washout pattern on dynamic contrast–enhanced imaging. Additionally, a nodular diffusion restricted area was found within the solid component. Histopathology results revealed a struma ovarii with papillary carcinoma.
