持続勃起症はまれな病態で，血行動態により以下の2つに大別される。1つは陰茎部の動脈破綻により海綿体洞への流入が過剰となる非虚血性持続勃起症と，もう1つは静脈還流が障害されることにより引き起こされる虚血性持続勃起症である。特に非虚血性持続勃起症の多くは会陰部外傷に起因する。今回我々は，外傷に伴う非虚血性持続勃起症に対して選択的動脈塞栓術を施行した1例を経験したので，若干の文献的考察も含め報告する。

A late pre-teens male suffered a perineal injury while skateboarding and subsequently developed a persistent incompletely erection. A diagnosis of traumatic non-ischemic priapism was made after an echogram, cavernous blood gas analysis, and contrast-enhanced computed tomography which revealed contrast leakage from the left cavernous artery and a cavernous sinus fistula. The patient underwent selective embolization, which resolved the contrast leakage and erectile symptoms. Subsequently, the patient was able to have an erection one month later.
