¹⁸F-FDG PET/CTは外科切除が必要とされる難治性部分てんかん，心臓サルコイドーシスなどの心疾患，早期胃癌を除く悪性腫瘍，高安動脈炎などの大型血管炎に保険適用が認められ，日常臨床において広く利用されている。

Recent PET/CT system permits sequential whole-body dynamic acquisition, which is valuable for serial assessment of tissue FDG uptake shape and counts. This paper describes serial changes in FDG uptake shape on dynamic imaging and listed several cases in which dynamic scans were clinically useful for identifying physiological uptake. Dynamic scan is a new imaging method that can depict and evaluate the accumulation of body movements, ureter and gastrointestinal tract.
