頸部リンパ節腫大様病変―菊池病，サルコイドーシス，木村病，キャッスルマン病と神経原性腫瘍

Case presentation of cervical lymphadenopathy

頭頸部領域には全身のリンパ節の約1/3が集中しているとされており，様々な部位に多数のリンパ節が存在する。頸部リンパ節腫大の原因となる疾患は多岐にわたり，全身疾患の一徴候としてみられることも多い。頸部リンパ節腫大の画像所見は非特異的であることが多いため，リンパ節の画像所見だけでなく，症状や血液検査などの臨床情報も含めて総合的に評価する必要がある。本稿では，リンパ節腫大を伴う疾患ならびにリンパ節腫大に類似した症状を示す疾患の診断の決め手となった画像所見について，症例を提示しながら解説する。

Various diseases can cause cervical lymphadenopathy and cervical lymphadenopathy may be seen as a symptom of systemic disease. Since imaging findings of cervical lymphadenopathy are often nonspecific, it is necessary to make a comprehensive diagnosis including not only imaging findings of cervical nodes but also clinical information such as symptoms and blood exams. In this paper, we present the imaging features that lead to the correct diagnosis of diseases with cervical lymphadenopathy or symptoms resembling swollen cervical nodes.
