は じ め に
化膿性手関節炎がすべての化膿性関節炎に占める割合はわずか8.1％であり1），外傷以外で手関節の腫脹・疼痛を伴う患者における発症率は1.5～5％程度と，比較的まれな疾患である2,3）．本稿では，化膿性手関節炎の4例を経験したので報告する．
