高位橈骨神経麻痺は切創，上腕骨骨折，圧迫などにより生じ，手関節，手指関節の伸展障害や下垂手などの症状を呈する．その治療に関して複数の報告がある．しかし，神経回復の詳細な経過報告は少ない．
