末節骨基部の関節内粉砕骨折は治療に困難を伴うことが多く，遠位指節間（DIP）関節機能を損うことが多い．われわれは，末節骨基部が掌側および背側骨片に分離し，おのおのの骨片に付着する伸筋腱および深指屈筋（FDP）腱のために整復固定に困難を要した1例を経験したので報告する．
