要旨
【目的】開発した疲労管理教育プログラムを用いた研修の効果を測定する。
【方法】研修参加を希望した夜勤・交代制勤務を行う3年目看護職を対象に研修を実施し、質問票を用いて研修後の動機づけ(ARCS)、研修前・研修後1か月の疲労度、睡眠状態、労働生産性、ヒヤリハット経験の記述統計を算出した。
【結果】ARCSの平均は、注意7.1、関連性7.6、自信6.6、満足感7.2だった。研修前・研修後1か月の疲労度は17.0から16.4、睡眠状態は6.8から5.4、労働生産性は55.0から58.0、ヒヤリハット経験は、80%から40%となった。
【考察】研修は自己との関連性を見出し、満足感が得られるものと評価できた。疲労度や睡眠状態の改善、労働生産性の向上とヒヤリハットの減少から、開発した教育プログラムは、個人の疲労と睡眠改善に役立つだけでなく、組織の生産性や安全性を保つことにも有用な手段となる可能性が示唆された。
【Purpose】The purpose of this research is to evaluate the usefulness of this educational program when used in conducting a seminar.
【Methods】An anonymous self-administered questionnaire was used for analysis.
Motivation (ARCS) of 15 participants were evaluated at the end of the training seminar. The changes in fatigue, sleep state, labor productivity, and near misses of 10 participants before and after the seminar were examined.
【Results】The average scores for ARCS were 7.1 for attention, 7.6 for relevance, 6.6 for confidence, and 7.2 for satisfaction. There were improvements in the fatigue rate from 17.0 to 16.4, sleep status from 6.8 to 5.4, and labor productivity from 55.0 to 58.0. In addition, near miss incidents decreased from 80% to 40%.
【Discussions】Participants found the training interesting, satisfying, and useful for their needs. The findings suggest that the educational program that we developed is useful not only for improving individual fatigue and sleep, but also for maintaining organizational productivity and safety.
