＜要旨＞

入院患者の不安と環境認知との関連

　本研究では、入院患者の不安に関連するプライベート空間および病院環境の満足度との関連を明らかにすることを目的に、入院患者202名を対象に、質問紙を用い聞き取り調査を実施した。その結果、状態不安は、「年齢」「健康度自己評価」「環境満足度」「プライベート空間（必要度）」「プライベート空間（確保度）」とは有意な相関が認められた。特性不安は「年齢」「入院期間」「健康度自己評価」「プライベート空間（必要度）」「プライベート空間（確保度）」とは有意な相関が認められた。重回帰分析を行った結果、関連があったのは「プライベート空間（必要度）」、「プライベート空間（確保度）」であった。

　以上の結果から、病院環境は患者の不安に影響があることが明らかになり、今後病院環境の改善が、患者の不安の軽減に重要であることが示唆された。

＜Abstract＞

Relationship between Patient Anxiety and Awareness of the Hospital Environment

　The purpose of this study was to clarify the relation between the degree of patient satisfaction with private space and his or her anxiety about the hospital environment. A questionnaire sheet was used to conduct a listening survey of 202 in patients. As a result, a significant correlation was found between patient anxiety and the following: "age", "health level self evaluation", "level of satisfaction with environment", "need for private space" and "level of private space assurance". The peculiar anxiety showed significant correlations with "age", "hospitalization period", "health level self evaluation", "need for private space" and "level of private space assurance".

　From multiple regression analysis, associations were found with "need for private space" and "level of private space assurance".

　From the aforementioned results, it became clear that the hospital environment of patients was a source of anxiety. This would suggest that improvement of the hospital environment is a key factor in reducing patient anxiety.
