要旨
目的:スマートグラスを活用した気管内吸引演習プログラムの開発と評価である.
方法:単群の前後比較による介入研究である.スマートグラスを活用した自己練習を含む演習の効果を,気管内吸引の自己評価(知識・自信),手技の正確性について前後で比較した.終了後,アプリケーションのコンテンツ評価とインタビューを実施した.
結果:看護学科4年生16名が参加した.演習後あるいは自己練習後の群が,対象者の気管内吸引の自己評価(知識・自信)と手技の正確性の項目で高値を示し,有意差が認められた.インタビューの結果,[個別の状況に応じた自己練習]が可能となる一方,[演習内容の拡充][デバイスの改良]の必要性が示され,演習の[必要十分な情報量]は意見が分かれた.
結論:演習プログラムは肯定的な評価が得られた.今後,対照群を設けた実験研究デザインによる演習プログラムの有効性の検証が必要である.
Purpose: To develop and evaluate a skills training program utilizing smart glasses for endotracheal suctioning.
Methods: An intervention study with a single-group pre- and post-test comparison. We conducted a program involving self-practice using smart glasses and compared participants' selfassessments (knowledge and confidence) and technique accuracy in endotracheal suctioning before and after the program. Afterwards, we collected participants' self-assessments of the application content and conducted group interviews.
Results: A total of 16 fourth-year nursing students completed the skills training program. The results reveal that the training program significantly improved participants' self-assessments (knowledge and confidence) and technique accuracy in endotracheal suctioning after self-practice or program. Additionally, in the group interviews, participants indicated that the "self-practice according to individual situations" is possible, the need for "expansion of the contents of the skills training program," and "improvement of the device." Additionally, opinions were divided on "sufficient amount of information" for the program.
Conclusion: This skills training program shows positive results. Future research should verify the effectiveness of this program using an experimental research design with a control group.
