目標共有を取り入れた作業療法と触圧覚識別課題の併用効果—身体知覚異常を呈する全人工膝関節置換術後症例

Effects of occupational therapy with shared goals and tactile pressure discrimination tasks on postoperative total knee arthroplasty patients with somatosensory abnormalities

要旨：全人工膝関節置換術後（以下，TKA）に身体知覚異常を呈していた症例に対し，目標共有介入に加えて触圧覚識別課題を併用して実施した．約5週間の介入の結果，身体知覚異常の程度が改善し，疼痛強度も軽減した．本症例の介入結果により，TKA後には複合的な評価に基づき，評価結果から適切な治療介入を組み合わせることが有用ではないかと考えられた．

　A tactile pressure discrimination task was used in combination with a goal-sharing approach for a patient who presented with somatosensory abnormalities after artificial knee joint replacement (TKA). After about five weeks of intervention, the degree of somatosensory abnormalities improved and pain intensity decreased. The intervention in this case suggests that it may be useful to combine appropriate therapeutic interventions based on the results of the evaluation based on a complex evaluation after TKA.
