カナダ作業遂行測定(COPM)の使用経験

A case study using Canadian Occupational Performance Measure

要旨：脳出血による左片麻痺の慢性期の症例に，カナダ作業遂行測定(Canadian Occupational Performance Measure：COPM)を使用した．クライエントが取りあげた問題に対応することで，本人がより主体的に関わるプログラムが実施できた．作業遂行の問題におけるクライエントの認識を評価するCOPMは，作業遂行に焦点を当てたクライエント中心の実践を導くための具体的枠組みを提供するものであった．さらに，COPMはクライエントの認識の経時的変化を数字で示すことができるので，作業療法の効果を示す評価手段としても利用できる．

　Canadian Occupational Performance Measure (COPM) was applied to a Japanese case with chronological left hemiplegia after stroke. The client actively participated in the occupational therapy program when problems were identified by him. COPM, which evaluates clients' perceptions, provided a frame of client centered practice. COPM would be a useful evaluation tool for documentation of occupational therapy outcomes because it shows the changes in clients' perceptions as a score between initial evaluation and reevaluation.
