要旨:事例は運動発達が境界域の5歳4ヵ月の女児である.短なわとび獲得の段階に応じ,「跳躍関連」,「なわ回し関連」と,跳躍となわ回しの「タイミング関連」,および「その他」の4つの領域で構成される先行研究のプログラムを約2年間実施し,短なわとびの獲得を目標とした.主に平衡反応や運動企画の能力の乏しさによって,短なわとびの獲得に長い経過を要したと推測されるが,短なわとび獲得の段階を進めるために,事例の能力に合わせたプログラムの調整をしたことが有効であったと考えられた.
This study illustrates the motor skills development of a girl five years and four months of age. In accordance with the learning stages in short rope skipping, an instruction program was conducted over a two-year period so that the subject could acquire the ability to short rope skip. The instruction program was based on previous research and comprised the following areas: skipping, rope swinging, jumping and rope swinging timings, and others. The study suggests that the learning period turned out to be lengthy primarily because the subject had poor Equilibrium Reactions and Motor Planning. Therefore, to facilitate the subject's advancement through the learning stages, it would be beneficial to modify the instruction program according to her skill level.
