認知機能リハビリテーションとSSTを併用した個人作業療法により統合失調症の記憶障害が改善した一症例

Individual occupational therapy using cognitive rehabilitation and social skills training for a patient with schizophrenic memory disorders: A case study

要旨：認知機能障害は，統合失調症患者の日常生活に多くの支障をきたしている．第一筆者は，記憶障害を主訴とする統合失調症患者に対し，認知機能リハビリテーションとSocial Skills Training（SST）を併用した個人作業療法を試みた．その結果，患者は記憶機能の改善と共に集団適応や患者の目標であった福祉的就労を果した．認知機能に焦点を当てた複合的アプローチは，社会機能の改善に有用な取り組みであった．

　Cognitive deficits create considerable hindrances in daily living in patients with schizophrenia. The author conducted individual occupational therapy combining cognitive rehabilitation and social skills training for a schizophrenic patient with memory disorder disturbance. As a result, the patient improved in both group adaptation and memory function. Moreover, she could work at a sheltered workshop, which was her aim. Comprehensive treatment focusing on cognitive function seems to be useful to improve social skills.
