要旨：アルツハイマー型認知症者（以下，ATD者）のお茶入れ遂行中に見られる誤りのパターンを明らかにするために，3名の対象者のお茶入れ場面をビデオ撮影し，観察された動作を質的に分析した．その結果，適切な動作および6種類の誤反応（試行錯誤，不必要な道具の移動，余分な繰り返し動作，明らかに誤った動作，適切な動作を行おうとしての躊躇，その他）の計7カテゴリーが抽出された．この結果には，記憶をはじめとする多彩な認知機能障害を持つATD者の特徴が現れていると考えられた．また，誤反応の出現には自己の動作の誤りに気付いて修正しようとしている可能性があることや，対象者の行為性向も関連していることが示唆された．

　We videotaped tea making scenes done by three persons with Alzheimer's-type dementia (ATD) which were qualitatively analyzed in order to extract and describe behavioral error patterns. The participants' performance was divided into 7 categories: appropriate behavior, trial and error, unnecessary item shifting, over-repetition, false behavior, hesitation and others. The study indicates that there is a wide range of variations in types of errors and they may reflect cognitive difficulties which are one of the characteristics of ATD. In addition, some types of errors seemed to be related to the participants' behavioral tendency and self-awareness of their difficulties.
