我々は臨床化学検査室に分析法を導入設定する際の手法を提唱してきた．それをγ-GTP測定のカイネティックによる迅速簡易な用手法に応用して，我々の検査室の実状に合うようにした．
Following our recommended protocol*2 for establishing analytical methods in a clinical laboratory, a rapid, simplified*3 manual kinetic method for determining Gamma-Glutamyl Transferase activity in serum was adoped to meet the needs*4 of our laboratory.
