Blue Nevus of the Nasopharynx: Report of a Case

I．はじめに

　青色母斑はそのほとんどが皮膚に発生する良性腫瘍であり，皮膚以外の部位に発生することはきわめて稀である。今回われわれは左上咽頭に発生した症例を経験したので，文献的考察を加えて報告する。

　A case of blue nevus occurring in the left epipharynx of a 28-year-old man was reported.

　The patient primarily consulted us for acute tonsillitis, and then a thumb's head-sized black tumor extending from the hidden side of the uvula to lateral to the right epipharynx was observed. It was biopsicd since its appearance suggested malignant melanoma, but blue nevus was diagnosed histologically.
