悪性疾患を疑わせた鼻腔hemangiomaの2症例

HEMANGIOMA OF THE NOSE

　I．はじめに

　鼻腔に発生する良性腫瘍は多いものではない。しかしその内では血管腫は比較的発生頻度が高いといわれる。

　われわれは最近，壊死の傾向を強く示したために悪性腫瘍を疑わしめ，診断を確定するのにやや苦労した鼻腔に発生した血管腫を2例経験したので，若干の考察を加えて報告する。

　Two cases of hemangioma of the nasal cavity is reported. Both cases showed a marked necrosis of the nasal tissues. Pathological examination revealed the presence of tissue necrosis and unspecific granulomatosis.

　The first case was finally diagnosed as a maxillary cancer and the second case was suspected of being Wegener's granulomatosis.
