脳波聴性反応，K-complexの発生機構に関する一考察

THE MECHANISM OF ELECTROENCEPHALOGRAPHIC RESPONSES TO ACOUSTIC STIMULI, K-COMPLEX

　Ⅰ．緒言

　音響刺激に対する人間脳波上の変化がLoomiset al^1）（1938），Davis^2）（1939），Davis et al^3）（1939）らによつて系統的に検索されて以来，多くの業績がこの脳波聴性反応を臨床診断に応用することを主題として報告されている。また，一方ではこの誘発反応の特徴を対象として中枢神経系の生理機構を解明せんとする試みも多い。

　最近，われわれはこの脳波聴性反応，特にK-complexと呼称される誘発反応を検索し，二，三の知見を得，これを発表している^4）5）。此度は従来の文献業績よりK-complexの発生機序を考察，その本態に関して愚考を加えてみた。

　The effect of acoustic stimuli on the EEG is regarded as objective signs in making a hearing test. The nature of this response is not as yet fully known.

　In order for the test to be considered as being reliable the mechanism with which the hearing and the EEG are related should be further investigated.
