喉頭造影法

　Ⅰ．緒言

　喉頭のX線学的検査法としては従来単純撮影法，高圧撮影法，断層撮影法，Ba透視法，等が種々の方向より行われ喉頭の立体的観察が試みられて来たが，各々一長一短がありその診断学的意義は屡々内視鏡的検査の補助的手段の感があつた。しかし近時治癒率の向上著しい喉頭の悪性腫瘍に於いては，その正確なる部位並びに進展範囲の把握が，放射線療法，手術的療法の如何を問わず治療法の撰択上或は予後の判定上不可欠の問題と考えられるに到り，早くからこれに対する可視的証明の必要性が痛感されていた。しかもこの問題に関しては喉頭鏡及び内視鏡検査も屡々不完全な事が多く，又，これを補うに足る臨床的価値の高い適切な方法も見出されていない。

　我々は今回造影剤に60％油性ウロコリンを使用し喉頭造影法（Laryngography）を追試考究した結果，本法はこれら喉頭の悪性腫瘍等の器質的疾患の観察に極めて有効であると共に，機能的疾患の診断にも応用されその利用範囲は臨床的に可成り広く診断学的意義の高い事を発見したのでここに報告する。

For a perspective observation of the larynx by roentgenographic means various methods of X-ray photography such asplane, highten-sion, tomography and barium swallow have been employed. But each of these methods is accompanied with advantage as well as dis-advantage and therefore, together they served no more than an aid to the laryngoscopic ob-servations towards establishing a diagnosis.

Method of laryngeal visualization by use of contrast medium is reexamined by employ-ment of 60% urokolin. The use of this agent enabled the authors to make observations not only for the diagnosis of malignancy which caused a structural changes but also of other conditions where functional lesions may be present.
