咽頭出血を伴える顆粒球減少性アンギーナの体験

　緒言

　血液疾患に起因するアンギーナにはいろいろあり，中でもGranulozytopenieに因るアンギーナの報告には屡々接する処であるが，今回始めて急激な経過をとる重篤な顆粒球減少性アンギーナの症例をまじかに体験し，当院の内科医の協力を得て，その経過を観察する機会を持つたのでここに報告する次第である。

Yoshida and Sakamoto report a case of ag-ranulocytosis. A man, aged 38, complained of severe sore throat with bleeding from the pharynx that gradually increased with the progress of the disease. The disease took an acute course and the patient died.
