多形滲出性紅斑粘膜疹の3例

　多形滲出性斑の口腔，眼，外陰等の開口部に近い粘膜に主として，或は粘膜のみに激しい症状を現わすRendu（1916），Fiessinger，Volff等の所謂Ectodermose erosive pluriorifieielleは甚だ稀なる疾患にして，本邦文献にては僅かに10数例の報告を見るのみである．而してその病因に関しては全く不明にして定説を欠き，従つて是まで治療法にも一定の方針なく，文献例にても全て対症療法に終始して居る現状である．

　私等は本年当初より斯かる症例3例に逢遇し，概ね一定の方針の下に治療を施行し，幸い好結果を得たので茲に報告し，諸賢の御追試，御批判を乞うものである．
