ズルフアミン剤に依つて起つたと思わるゝ顆粒細胞減滅症の1例

　緒言

　1922年，ベルリンのシユルツ（Werner Schcltz）の報告以來多數の報告があるが，ズルフアミン劑によるものは，あまり見ない樣である（最近の文献に恵まれず，汎く渉獵の機會を得ず），依而自家經験の1例を追加報告する次第である．

UNOKI reports a case cf agranulocytosis which occured, in a male infant aged 17 months, whose symptom was manifested by ulcerative imflammation of tonsils, following the use of Sulfaguapidine for treatment of diarrhea. Blood examination revealed a marked.neutrophilic leukopenia typically in accor-dance to the picture of agrantilocytosis reporred in the liteeature. Many things were tried.in the treat-ment of the infant but it died on the 7th day fol-lowing apearande of ulceration on tonsils.
