我々はIngram及びSutherland両氏が1957年に記載せるMultiple skin necroses1）に一致する1症例を経験したので，茲に多少の考按を加えて報告する。
History, woman, aged 34, presenting disseminated papulonecrotic eruption indentical with Ingram's case. Duration, 1 year.
Our diagnosis threw doubt upon papulonecrotic tuberculid or pityriasis lichenoides et varioliformis acuta Mucha-Habermann, but histopathological changes revealed arteriolitis with fibrinoid degeneration (PAS, PTAH and Gram-Weigert's stains are positive) in the cutis.
We think that Ingram's necroses is a characteristic clinical picture in allergic cutaneous arteriolitis Ruiter or an abortive type of Maladie trisymptomatique de Gougerot.
