下垂体機能低下症で発症した鞍内，鞍上部Meningiomaの1例

A Case of Intrasellar and Suprasellar Meningioma with Hypopituitarism

I．はじめに

　トルコ鞍の拡大，視力・視野障害および下垂体機能不全症を示し，下垂体腺腫が強く示唆されたが，手術および剖検で鞍隔膜より発生したと思われる鞍内・鞍上部髄膜腫の1例を経験したので報告する．

A case of intrasellar and suprasellar meningioma with hypopituitarism is reported.

A-64-year-old woman was admitted to our hospital with chief complaints of reduced consciousness and in-activity. She had a history of subarachanoid hemor-rhage 20 years previously, and developed right third nerve palsy. Physical examination demonstrated that, in consciousness, she was stuporous, and she had im-paired visual acuity and palsy in the right third nerve. An X-ray film of the sells turcica showed enlargement and intrasellar calcification.
