I．はじめに

　内頸動脈が海綿静脈洞をぬけて硬膜を貫き，硬膜下へ入った直後に内側から分岐し，視神経の下方から視交叉の前方を上行し，前交通動脈部へ達し，前大脳動脈領域へ灌流する異常血管は，1959年Robinson^10）が剖検例の報告を最初にして以来，過去13例^1-8,10-13）の報告をみるのみである．名称も報告者によってさまざまで，caro-tid-anterior cerebral artery anastomosis^8），anomalous　origin of ACA,inter-optic course of ACA^11），infra-optic course of ACA^1）などと呼ばれており，その起源についてもいまだ定説は確立されていない．著者らは，同血管奇形3例の経験を報告するとともに，過去の報告例13例を合わせ，計16例について検討し，同血管奇形と脳動脈瘤との合併，同血管奇形の起源などについて考察を加えた．

Three cases of rare anomalous cerebral artery originating from internal carotid at the level of ophthal-mic artery to join the anterior cerebral artery were presented.

Case 1. A 32-year-old woman was admitted following subarachnoid hemorrhages. Cerebral angio-graphy disclosed the anterior communicating artery aneurysm and the anomalous vessel originating at rt. carotid siphon to join anterior cerebral artery.

Case 2. A 37-year-old woman was admitted with rt. hemiparesis and aphasia. Cerebral angiography revealed the anomalous vessel originating at rt. carotid siphon to join contralateral anterior cerebral artery.
