Ⅰ．はじめに

　通常，軟骨腫は長管骨，特に四肢末端の指趾骨に多発性に発生するが，稀ながらその部分症として頭蓋内にも発生し，その頻度は全頭蓋内腫瘍の0.1-0.2％^5,11,43）といわれる．わが国では，所^41）（1959年）の報告を初めとして現在まで24例^{3,15,20,21,23,29,30,31）}が報告されている．

　最近，多発性軟骨腫の部分症として発症した斜台軟骨腫の手術例を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を行ない報告する．

　A case of clivus chondroma was presented in detail with a review of twenty-four cases reported in Japan.

　A twenty-eight-year-old house wife was admitted to hospital with complaints of muscle weakness and numbness on the right side of the body. Neurological examination revealed the right hemiparesis and hemihypesthesia. Cranial nerve palsies were also disclosed on the right Ⅴth and the left Ⅸth, Ⅹth and Ⅺth nerves.
