Ⅰ．はじめに

　Orbital dysplasia^1）（以下ODと略す）は一側性の先天的蝶形骨形成異常であるが，この骨異常の他に欠損眼窩内への側頭葉嵌入，拍動性眼球突出，脳形成異常，くも膜下嚢腫，硬膜肥厚，脳血管奇形などを伴うことがある^1-3,5-7）．この骨異常はまたvon Recklinghausen氏病において，中胚葉形成異常としてその部分所見となることも指摘されている^1-3,6,7）．

　ODはX線写真上きわめて特徴ある骨変化であるが，これを2次的骨破壊と誤診する危険があり^1-3,5-7），注意深い観察が必要である．本稿ではくも膜下嚢腫と先天的角膜変性症を合併したODの1自験例について，その臨床経過，骨X線写真の他に，CAG，PEG，CT scansなどの所見を併せて報告する．

A 27-year-old female complained of dull pain in the right ear and of unusual anxiety about "disharmonious" feelings between her mental and bodily activities.

Otorhinolaryngological and neurological examination disclosed no significant abnormal signs. Ophthalmological consultation revealed a slight exophthalmos on the right side and small nodular opacities on both corneas. The former was non pulsating, the latter corneal dystrophy.
