Quantitative Estimation of CSF Flow with Anger Camera:Diagnostic Value Compared with Cisternography

Ⅰ．はじめに

　Radio isotope（以下RI）cisternographyはRIを脊椎クモ膜下腔または大槽に注入し，脊椎部，頭部scintig-ramにより髄液循環動態を経時的，視覚的に検索するものである．この方法は頭蓋内におけるcerebrospinalfluid（以下CSF）の移行，吸収をよく描出し，現在CSF循環動態の情報を得るためには臨床的に最も有用な方法とされている^{8，9，13）}．われわれはこれに加えて脊椎レベルおよび頭蓋内におけるRIの動態をAnger cameraにより脊椎，頭蓋を含めて連続記録し，定量的検索を試みた．その結果興味ある知見を得たので，これを報告するとともに若干の文献的考察を加えたい．

The purpose of this paper is to evaluate quantitatively the RI cisternography. Thirty minutes after RI (¹⁶⁹Yb-DTPA) injection into the lumbar subarachnoid space, the patients were fixed in supine position and RI count was continuously recorded with an Anger camera tape-recorder simultaneously at the spinal and cranial levels for 30 minu-tes in posterior-anterior view. Playing back the records, the regions of interest (ROI) were decided at each of various levels with an image scope.
