前立腺癌に対して酢酸ゴセレリン（ゾラデックス®）を投与した77歳男性において，投与開始後3年4か月後に薬剤投与が原因と思われる問質性肺炎を認めた。これまでには報告例が少なく，稀な副作用であるが，注意すべきと考えられた。
We reported a case of interstitial pneumonia possibly induced by goserelin acetate (Zoladex®) injection, which developed 40 months after initiating treatment of the drug in a 77 years old patient with prostate carcinoma. While there has been only a few reports on this type of adverse effect by the drug in literature, it is not negligible in clinical practice.
