子宮ヘルニアを伴った真性半陰陽

A CASE OF HERMAPHRODITISM ASSOCIATED WITH UTERINE HERNIA

　3歳，戸籍上男児．会陰部尿道下裂兼右停留精巣と診断した．右鼠径ヘルニアを認めた．精巣固定術の予定で手術を行ったところ，ヘルニア嚢の内容に子宮，卵管，卵巣を認めた．真性半陰陽の本邦報告137例について調べると，鼠径ヘルニアは23.7％に合併しており，子宮ヘルニアは10例に認められた．

A 3-year-old child, who was being raised as a boy was referred to our clinic. Hypospadias was presented with the right empty scrotum. The right inguinal hernia was also present. The left scrotal contents were normal to palpation, while the left inguinal regioin was intact. Exploration of hernia sac revealed the presence of an ovary, fallopian tube and uterus. The incidence of inguinal hernia in 137 cases of Japanese true hermaphroditism were reviewed.
