肉眼的一層縫合法による精管再吻合

MACROSURGICAL ONE-LAYER VASOVASOSTOMY

　6-0から8-0モノフィラメントナイロン糸で全層に2〜4針，筋層に4〜6針縫合する一層縫合法にて，6例の精管切断術後の患者に対し肉眼的精管再吻合術を施行した。患者の年齢は24〜35歳，平均31歳であり，精管切断より手術までの期間は3年から6年，平均4年であった。手術後妊娠成立をみたのは6例中5例（83％）であり，妊娠成立までの期間は1か月から1年11か月で平均11か月であった。精管再吻合術における二層縫合法は，顕微鏡下の手術を必要とし熟練を要するため，顕微鏡的手術をする機会の少ない泌尿器科医にとっては，手術が簡便で，しかも時間の短縮できる一層縫合法でも同様の成績をあげうると考える。

During the last 10 years, vasectomized men have undergone reanastomosis of vas deferens under the macroscopic observation. The operative technique is consisted of monolayer anstomosis by using from 6-0 to 8-0 monofilament nylon with 2-4 stitches through whole layer and 4-6 stitches through muscle layer. The age of the men ranged from 24 to 35, with a mean of 31 years. The period from vasec-tomy to a reanastomosis ranged from 3 years to 6 years, with the mean of 4 years. Of 6 reana-stomosed men, 5 fathered a baby during period from 1 month to 1 year and 11 months after the operation.
