はじめに
尿膜管に起因した疾患は種々なものがあり，最近報告例がふえつつある。著者らは尿膜管に起因して膿瘍を形成した症例を2例経験したので報告する。
Two cases of abscess occurring in the urachus were reported. Case 1 is a 12 year old boy with abscess of urachal umbilical fistula. The abscess was surgically excised. Case 2 is a 13 year old girl with abscess of the umbilical urinary fistula. Neurogenic bladder, dysuria and hydronephrosis were complicated. Intravesical catheter was retained but improved the hydronephrosis.
